Terms & Conditions

The Company shall refer to RentaTent LLP.

The Customer shall be defined as the person who collects and assumes the responsibility of the Tents and Event Equipments at the chosen pick-up location.

The Rental Products shall refer to the Tents and Event Equipments available for rental.

These terms and conditions apply to the Tents and Event Equipments rental service available on www.rentatent.sg, and used in rental contracts between the Customer and the Company.

Equipment

The Company will provide the Customer with the Rental Products.

Collection

The Customer will collect the Rental Products at the place and time chosen by the Company, limited to our collection and pick-up hours from 7PM to 11PM daily, unless arranged separately.

Delivery

The Company will deliver the Rental Products to the Customer at the place and time chosen by the Customer, limited to our delivery and pick-up hours from 7PM to 11PM daily, unless arranged separately. The Company will assume all risks of loss and damage that may occur during delivery.

At the start of the rental period

At the agreed collection location, the Customer must:
Produce a legal form of identification (ID card, Driving License). A copy of the document will be made.
Pay the rent for the chosen rental period and refundable security deposit.
Declare any defect found to the Company before assuming control of the Rental Products.

If nothing is declared, the Rental Products will be deemed to be in good working condition. It is the Customer’s responsibility to return the Rental Products in this same condition.

During the rental period

During the rental period, the Customer must:
Assume responsibility of the Rental Products throughout the chosen rental period, as specified in the booking form submitted.

At the end of the rental period

At the end of the rental period, the Customer must:
Return the Rental Products in the same good working condition, at the chosen time and location, as specified in the booking form.

Responsibility of Customer

By reserving the Rental Products and making the payment, the Customer agrees to:
Assume responsibility for any property damage that may occur during the rental period
Assume responsibility for any case of loss or theft during the rental period.
For damage, loss, or theft of the Rental Products, a replacement charge up to the full cost of the Rental Products will be levied.

Rental Period

The rental period is charged per day. A day is defined as a 24-hour period. Each Customer will be given an allowance time of 30 minutes, beyond which an additional day will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to RentaTent Singapore. An administrative fee will be charged for any cancellations made by the customer. The following scale of charges will apply then a cancellation is notified.

No Show

The collection date, time and location should be adhered to. The Company will wait for the Customer for a maximum of half an hour, beyond which the Customer will be deemed to have not shown up. In the case of a no show, the rental will be deemed to have been cancelled.
